* 10 am Weightlifing
* 10 am Summer Throwdown
* 10 am Yoga (spectator & participant)
* 11 am Liquid Motion (spectator & participant)
* 1 pm Dance
* 2 pm Mixxed Fit (spectator & participant)
* 3 pm Zumba (spectator & participant)
* 5 pm Pole Fintess
* 9 am – 9 pm Powerlift Deadlift (spectator & participant)
* 9 am – 9 pm NW Strongest Man / Woman Truck pull(spectator & participant)
* 9 am – 9 pm Fund raiser benefit event
